The site provides information about Slipstream and lets you request early access. Anything describing the product — capabilities, performance, pricing, GPU prices, and provider availability — is forward-looking and illustrative, may change, and is not a binding offer or guarantee.

Early access

• Submitting the form is a request to join a waitlist; it does not create an account or any obligation on either side.
• We may grant, sequence, or decline access at our discretion, and may change or end the program at any time.
• Please provide accurate information and only submit details you're authorized to share.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, others' details without permission, or spam.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape or misuse the site, or circumvent bot-protection measures.

Intellectual property

The Slipstream name, logo, site content, and design are owned by Slipstream and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party names (e.g. SkyPilot and the neoclouds referenced) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only — their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slipstream is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
